La Mandrágora

This independent publishing house emerged as a means to its creator’s self-publishing. The mandrake is a root with feminine form, which is known for its mystical properties, so it has become and archetype in many literary myths.

    The logo we created is based on the first printing techniques, where engravings were made by repetition of lines to create volume. The feminine features with which the mandrake was represented are associated with the origin and the natural creation. The publishing house is based on this concept.
